Description: In the Spring of 2019, the Office of Historic preservation undertook a survey to determine early and late buildings in the Old and Historic District and the Parker Gray Districts. The buildings were determined to be “early” if they were still existing and present on the 1931 Sanborn Fire Insurance map. All other buildings in the districts are of later construction and designated as “late”. This determination is used in conjunction with the Historic Sidewalk feature class which is used to support the complete streets initiative.
